What people usually ask us
Do I need a developer?+
No. You can generate sheets from the dashboard by filling in a form. If you want your ERP or shop to generate them automatically, your system has to call our API: one request per sheet.
What's included in the trial?+
14 days with every feature, up to 200 sheets and 3 active templates. No card required. When it ends, you pick a plan and everything you set up stays in place.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?+
Generation stops until next month or until you upgrade, and the upgrade is immediate. Sheets you already generated stay available. Requesting an identical sheet again doesn't use up your quota.
Do links change when I regenerate a sheet?+
No. Each document has its own link. Each product also has a fixed link that always opens the latest sheet: handy for your website or for customers.
How long are sheets kept?+
As long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we keep them for 30 more days so you can download them.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Whenever you like, from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at renewal. The annual plan works out to 10 months.
How do I pay and get invoices?+
By card, through Stripe. Every charge produces an invoice with VAT that you can download from the dashboard.
