2. Purpose
FichasDoc is a platform that lets you design product spec sheet templates and generate them automatically as PDF and Word documents, from data you enter through the dashboard, through connections to your ERP or online store, or through the public API.
Access to the Site is generally free for browsing and information about the service. Use of the application's features (creating an account, templates, generating documents) is subject to the Terms of Use, available at /en/condiciones.
3. Conditions of access and use
The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site, in accordance with applicable law, this legal notice, the Terms of Use, generally accepted standards of morality and good practice, and public order.
Use of the Site is prohibited for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that may cause damage or prevent its normal operation; introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other harmful software; attempting to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the systems; and collecting data for advertising or any other purpose without consent.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The source code, graphic designs, images, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure and layout, choice of materials, the software required for the Site to work and, in general, every element of the Site belongs to the company that owns FichasDoc or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
The templates the customer designs in the editor, the product data they enter and the sheets they generate are the customer's property. FichasDoc claims no rights over that content beyond the licence needed to store it, process it and generate the documents the customer requests, as described in the Terms of Use.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of any element of the Site not expressly authorised by its owner is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
FichasDoc provides customers with starter templates containing the fields and particulars that, based on the interpretation of the applicable EU regulation at the time of drafting, correspond to each type of document (safety data sheet, declaration of performance, EU declaration of conformity, food, cosmetic, detergent, fertiliser, feed, textile or general consumer product sheets, among others). These templates are an editable starting point, not a legal opinion or professional advice. Ensuring the final content of each sheet is correct, up to date and compliant with the regulation in force for the customer's product and market is the customer's sole responsibility.
The Site owner does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the Site and accepts no liability for damages arising from a lack of availability or continuity, or from the interception, deletion, alteration or manipulation of communications by third parties.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. The owner accepts no responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on those sites.
6. Data protection
The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at /en/privacidad.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, and without prejudice to any consumer-protection rules that may apply, the parties submit to the courts of the Site owner's domicile, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Changes
The Site owner reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any time, to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or to industry practice. Changes will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
