Who is this template for?
For manufacturers and distributors of chemical and cleaning products who need a commercial sheet in addition to the SDS.
What happens if you don't have it
No law requires this commercial sheet, unlike the SDS. But without it, the customer receiving your product has nowhere to check dosage or hazard pictograms — which turns into returns, complaints, and, if an accident happens from misuse, a much harder claim to defend.
