Declaration of performance (DoP)
Regulation (EU) 305/2011 on construction products, annex III
To CE-mark a construction product, the manufacturer must issue a declaration of performance using the official annex III model: intended uses, assessment system, harmonised standard and the table of declared performance. This template follows that exact structure.

What happens if you don't have it
Regulation (EU) 305/2011 lets each Spanish region inspect, demand the declaration of performance, and withdraw the product if it's missing or incorrect — the same market surveillance mechanism that has already banned CE-marked products in other harmonised sectors in Spain.
